I love the unit, but I have not been impressed with the maintenance staff or the managers
What did you like most?
I love the space and lay out. Was very excited to live here.
What did you like least?
My apartment was not move-in ready. There was hair in the shower from the previous tenants. The unit was not cleaned well at all. My oven was unplugged and I had to figure out how to plug it in myself. The bath caulking has been messed up and still has not been fixed yet. Apparently there’s a lot of back up in the pipes so I have a sewage smell in my bathroom. There also is a hole on the side of my counter and they just taped over it. Stuff was left unpainted. I’ve heard the maintenance. Here is good but they’ve been very slow on all of my requests as they say there’s a lot of air-conditioning problems.
